I booked Thailand trip with Make my trip . Our travel agent Mrs. Darshana Mulund branch has booked hotels , transport and sightseeing very well . Driver and vehicles provided us were very good . This was our first holiday with Make My Trip. We chose to visit MMT office, Mulund West, than booking online on website. Ms. Darshana Revankar helped us to craft a wonderful itinerary together, taking care of our specific requirements, choices and preferences. She was very professional, helpful and showed great amount of patience while we drafted the itinerary with so many customisations. The end result was a fabulous and memorable trip to Vietnam. It’s such vibrant and diverse country with a blend of beautiful nature and vibrant nightlife. The internal transfers, the day tours, the hotels were perfectly planned and we had no place for any complaints or suggestions. The pre tour call from MMT office, explaining us the entire schedule and a dedicated tour manager in Vietnam who kept us well informed about the day tours schedules, pick up, drops, transfers etc was so professional, it ensured that we had a hassle free tour and a memorable experience. Once again special thanks to Ms Darshana Revankar for all the assistance and a wonderful and memorable holiday experience. We hope that, this is just the beginning of a wonderful bond with MMT.
