My mother (a senior citizen) and I took a 9 days and 8 nights trip to Rajasthan customised by Make My Trip (MMT). We began the trip on Christmas Eve 2025 and returned to Calcutta on New Year's Day 2026 visiting five cities, all major tourist destinations -- Jaipur, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, and Udaipur. From flight and hotel bookings, to providing a sedan and a chauffeur, MMT arranged it all. I found the arrangements excellent and the MMT staff very courteous, polite and helpful. Mr. Subhodeep and Ms. Srijita Chatterjee were our Calcutta PoCs and MMT provided us with multiple tour managers who helped us throughout our journey as we travelled from one city to another. We plan to travel with MMT again!

They are providing excellent service there, staff members are knowledgeable and have a friendly attitude towards customers. I like to mention about Mr. Tuhin Das, he is very cooperative and knowledgeable a very good trip advisor. Also there are two more employees, don’t remember their name one female and one male employee they also have a very positive approach. Thank you MMT store Howrah for making my Georgia trip memorable to us.
