Our Malaysia 🇲🇾trip with 6 adults and an infant went really well, thanks to the planning by Nivedha. We started with the MMT AI bot to get a first version of the itinerary, which was a good starting point. Then Nivedha took over and she was very helpful. She shared various options and patiently helped us choose what suited our family best. She was knowledgeable and always kind in her suggestions. The trip was smooth and enjoyable from start to end. She secured good window rooms for us that were bright and airy, despite some mixed reviews we had seen online. The transport plans worked out well too, and having a backup plan for our main sightseeing day gave us more confidence traveling with a baby. The WhatsApp group support was top-notch and everything was on time. Truly appreciate the effort and dedication. Thank you for making our trip memorable!
